We invite you to "On the Street 3"

Festival "on the Street" goes on...

Just like the life itself...

Street art festival "On the Street" was first organised last year by Hangar Art Association.

Chanting our slogan "Whatever happens, happens on the street", we will organise it again this summer on 14-16 August 2009.

Everybody grab your instruments, toys, paints, canvases, words, voices, cameras, movies and anything you feel like, come out and give life to "on the Street 3".

Streets and squares of Beyoglu, Tunel and Galata Tower in Istanbul will be filled with everybody's art. Any kind of performance is welcome!

Please send your applications to info@hangar.org.tr until 15 July 2009. Late applications will not be considered for space allocation in the festival areas and for the festival leaflet. However, you can still perform within the festival as far as you find time and space that is not already dedicated to another performance.

Artists are expected to cover their own travel expenses. Board and accommodation will be provided during the festival days. Accommodation will be in limited conditions due to our availability.
